All great choices, I wasn’t sure of the second one but the consensus seems to be Lynch. And there are a number of other directors who could have been included,like Woody Allen. But one who absolutely should NEVER have been left out is Martin Scorsese.I mean…c’mon! Otherwise fantastic!

How can so few pixels resemble them so perfectly? You included my two favourites, Tarantino and Hitchcock, and they I could recognize them instantly!
Where are the ladies? Good question. Where are the good lady directors? Sophia Coppola is the one people always throw out, but after that… Beyond a pixel sexism thing, this is a question bigger than you think.
Also, George Lucas? Really? Props for Lynch and Kubrick, but damn, George Lucas is a one pump chump and Tim Burton uses CGI in place of character development.
